Event Registration

• Sea Days registration is separate from the cruise and must be completed to attend the event.
• Sea Days registration does not include the cost of the cruise, and the cruise does not include the cost of the symposium.
• Travel arrangements, cruise bookings, and related expenses are the responsibility of each attendee.
• Registration covers access to the Sea Days sessions, related materials, and benefits as outlined.
• All registrations are non-refundable.

Cabin Drawing

• All registered attendees will be entered into a drawing to win a free cabin for two.
• If the selected winner has already booked a cabin, they will be reimbursed up to $5,000.

Membership Bonus

• Current Be Insightful members will receive an additional 12 months of membership with registration (separate from the cabin fee).
• New registrants will receive a 12-month Be Insightful membership at no additional cost.

Additional Notes

• Some onboard activities, excursions, dining experiences, and amenities may require an additional charge.
• The event schedule, speakers, and itinerary are subject to change.
• Attendees are responsible for holding valid travel documents and for compliance with cruise line policies.
• Insightful Accountant assumes no liability for travel delays, cancellations, or personal expenses.
